Workplace Wellbeing
Breathwork for teams that perform
Science-backed programmes for organisations ready to invest in real wellbeing.
For Organisations
Why breathwork at work?
You've felt burnout. So have I.
I spent over a decade in corporate media - back-to-back meetings, competing deadlines, demanding stakeholders. I've lived through the pressure your team is carrying, not just studied it from the outside.
Today, I bring that experience together with breathwork and nervous system regulation, using the same Breath Manifest Method from my 1:1 coaching — tailored to the specific pressures your people are facing.
What makes this different:
- Grounded in real corporate experience, not generic wellness
- Built on proven, nervous system science - not just relaxation, but regulation
- Practices your team can keep using long after the session ends
- Personalised plans built for lasting impact
- Measurable shifts in stress, focus, and day-to-day balance, all in one
Programmes are tailored to your organisation's needs — from one-off workshops to ongoing breathwork sessions for leadership teams. Available online and in-person in London.
Solutions
What we work on together
01
Managing Stress & Burnout
Chronic stress doesn't just feel bad. It drains output, decision quality and retention. I teach teams practical, science-backed breath tools that regulate the nervous system in real time, so stress gets processed in the moment instead of leading to burnout.
02
Focus & Calm
Modern work is a war on attention. Functional breathwork I teach trains the physiology behind focus, calming the mental noise so your people can reach clarity on demand rather than wholly depending on supplements like coffee.
03
Overall Work-Life Balance
When people can't switch off, they run on overdrive and eventually burn out. I give teams simple daily practices for different situations throughout mornings, evenings or during the work day. Giving your people a toolkit to use throughout the day.
04
Building Resilience
Change is constant. Capacity isn't. Breathwork builds resilience at the physiological level, widening your team's capacity for pressure so that stress is managed with more balance and ease.
05
Workplace Communication & Conflict
Most workplace conflict is built up stress due to lack of communication. When people learn to regulate before they respond and begin to understand each other, conversations become calmer, more honest and faster to resolve.
06
Emotional Intelligence
Self-awareness starts with noticing what's happening in the body, and breath is the fastest way to access this. Teams that can notice how they're feeling, and name this read the room better, they handle friction well and make decisions that hold up.
07
Creativity and Innovation
Nobody thinks creatively when they feel overloaded. A balanced nervous system frees up the mental space where new ideas and fresh perspectives flourish. Breathwork is the perfect tool for this.
08
Decision-making Under Pressure
Making decisions under pressure is never easy. I give leaders tools to reset fast, so decisions come from clarity, not cortisol.
Frequently asked
Questions about workplace programmes.
Is Breathwork safe for everyone? +
Breathwork is safe for most people, but it's not one-size-fits-all. Certain techniques aren't suitable during pregnancy, or for people with specific heart, respiratory or mental health conditions. I always check in beforehand and adapt the session so everyone can take part safely.
How can my company benefit from introducing breathwork? +
Breathwork gives people a direct way to shift out of dysregulation, burnout and fatigue, into a state where they can think clearly, make decisions well and work together properly. Because it addresses the root cause, regulating the nervous system first, it changes the workplace dynamic too, not just how someone feels individually.
Do I have to do anything embarrassing in front of my colleagues? +
Absolutely not. Sessions are guided, seated or lying down as any individual would prefer. The focus is entirely on your own experience, not anyone watching you. Sessions are also facilitated in-person or virtually, allowing colleagues the option to participate in the privacy of their own homes, should they choose.
How easy is it to fit into a working day? +
Easier than people expect, because that's the whole point. No equipment, no hour to find in the calendar. A few minutes before a big meeting, in a stressful moment, or at the end of the day is enough to shift your state. I box breathe on the walk between meetings myself. It's one of the only wellbeing tools that fits inside a busy day instead of competing with it.
Can breathwork bring up strong emotions? +
Sometimes, yes. Slowing down and breathing deeply can surface emotion you didn't expect, that's a normal part of regulating the nervous system, not something going wrong. I hold space for that if it happens, and no one's ever pushed further than they're comfortable with.
Is this connected to any religion or belief system? +
No. What I teach is grounded in physiology and nervous system science, not any spiritual or religious tradition. You don't need any belief system or prior experience, just a willingness to breathe differently for a few minutes.
Does this replace therapy or medical treatment? +
No, breathwork is a wellbeing tool, not a substitute for therapy or medical care. It works well alongside both, but if you're managing a specific mental health condition, it's worth checking with your GP or therapist first.
Why do people find it hard to put mental wellbeing first? +
Because most workplaces reward the opposite. I learned that the hard way over a decade in corporate media, where slowing down felt like falling behind. But you can have both - space in your mornings, ways to de-stress between competing deadlines, and permission to say no when something's too much. Healthy boundaries are a skill, not a luxury, and it's one teams can build on. My programmes are built to be the foundation for everything else: your work, your relationships, your health, and so much more.
